Start
A 15-minute conversation about the constraint, not a sales call. We establish whether AI is genuinely the right instrument here — sometimes the honest answer is that it is not, and you get that answer for free.

Proposal
We solidify a rough idea into a specific, feasible design: what gets built, what it touches, what it will not do, and an ROI calculation with its assumptions written down so you can argue with them.

Integration
We integrate into the systems you already run, or build from the ground up if there is nothing to integrate with. Either way the solution lives in your environment, under your control.

Transition
You receive the working system, the documentation to operate it, and a roadmap for what comes next. The intent is that you are not dependent on us to keep it running.

Platforms and integration
We are neutral to hardware and software vendors. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, you name it. We can also work with on-prem infrastructure if that's where your data has to stay.
If you already have an information system, we will drive the integration. If you don't, let's start building an AI-native one.
Data and security
Integration means we will need access to your data. Rather than describe our posture in adjectives, here is what we contractually commit to — the full agreement is linked below and you are welcome to read it before you talk to us.
- Access only with your permission, limited to what performing the work requires, under least privilege.
- Encryption in transit and, where applicable, at rest, with role-based access control and access logging.
- No second copy. Your data stays where the solution resides; we do not retain it longer than the purpose requires.
- On termination, all copies — including caches, backups, extracts, and derived datasets — are deleted within 30 days.
- Written certification of that deletion, on request.
- Prompt notification if a confirmed incident ever affects your data.
